For eligible facilities, the Air District’s online permitting system gives regulated industry the ability to submit permit applications, renew permits, update facility information, and access permit documents. If your facility is eligible for renewal through the online permitting system, you can follow the instructions for renewing your permit below.

The Air District requests this information to calculate emissions of air contaminants to satisfy California Air Resources Board and United States Environmental Protection Agency annual reporting requirements. The information you furnish will be used to:
The authority for requesting this information is contained in the Air District's Regulation 1, Section 441 and Health & Safety Code Sections 42303 & 44300.
Failure to submit data is a violation of the Air District's Regulation 1, Section 441, and may subject your facility to enforcement action. Actions may be any or all of the following:

You will need to enter a current end date for the 12 month period you are reporting for each material usage. The end date should be as near as possible to the date you complete this form, and must be within the 12 months prior to the current permit expiration date.
You will need to enter the total amount of the listed material(s) used at this device or operation during the chosen reporting period.
You will be asked to certify that all materials used in your device or operation are compliant with your permit conditions and applicable Air District Regulations. If your materials have changed and/or you are unsure if your materials are compliant with your permit conditions and Air District Regulations, select the appropriate radio button and upload documentation for the Air District to review.
To declare a device as shut down, choose ‘Request Shutdown’ and provide the date that the device was or will be dismantled. Dismantled means the device has either been removed or has been physically changed so that operation is not viable.
Shutting down means that the Permit to Operate for the device(s) or facility is surrendered. Operation of any device after shutdown is not allowed unless a new permit application is submitted and a new permit is issued.
Once the facility renewal invoice has been issued, payment can be made by the following methods:

Payment after the due date is subject to late fees as defined in Regulation 3, Section 405.3. Failure to pay fees may subject your facility to further action as defined in Regulation 3, Section 415. Actions may be any or all of the following:
