線上許可辦理系統

空氣局的線上許可辦理系統允許受監管行業提交許可申請、續展許可、更新設施資訊和查看許可文件。後續將添加其他功能並做出改進。該系統旨在改善效率、準確性和客戶體驗。

如何使用線上許可辦理系統？

對於沒有現行空氣局許可證的新來所有者和經營者，如需使用線上系統提交許可申請，則應完成以下操作：

點按下方的Login（登入）按鈕並建立帳戶，方可使用該系統。
使用線上系統提交許可申請。

既有許可持有人將收到郵寄的邀請，以在下次續展期（通常為許可到期前60至150天）期間使用線上系統。所有者/經營者邀請將提供設施存取碼，以用於將您的設施連結至授權使用者帳戶。

需要設施存取碼？

將您的申請或問題發送至：PermitHelp@baaqmd.gov
找到任何灣區空氣品質管理局 (Bay Area Air Quality Management District, BAAQMD) 許可文件或發票，並提供：

您的設施識別號碼、工廠編號或地點編號
企業名稱和地址
您的姓名和電話號碼

設施存取碼將透過郵寄方式發送給該企業的官方聯絡人。

登入以提交許可申請或續展許可。

What are the current benefits/functionality of the online permitting system?

Customers have the ability to:

Submit permit applications
Submit Data Update forms
Pay invoices for applications and permit renewals
Retrieve copies of permit documents
Designate up to 3 separate contacts for a facility

Owner contact (receives permit documents)
Operator contact (receives Data Update requests)
Billing contact (receives renewal invoices)

Online Payment Requirements

VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted, and will incur an additional 2.95% service fee.
eCheck payments from checking and savings accounts are also accepted.
Invoices must be paid in full (no partial payments).
Invoices more than $20,000 cannot be paid with a credit card. These payments must be paid either by eCheck or mailed check.
Invoices more than $3,000,000 cannot be paid online. These payments must be paid by mailing a check.

Refund Requests

If you made an overpayment, please fill out and submit the Refund Request(301 Kb PDF, 2 pgs, revised 2016/6/13) form. Requests must be submitted by email (permits@baaqmd.gov) or mail. There are no refunds for settled invoices (invoices already paid in full).

Transfer of Ownership

Requests to change ownership (owning entity) must be submitted in writing and cannot be done online.

Please submit a Transfer of Ownership(807 Kb PDF, 2 pgs, posted 2023/11/29) form.
Mail the form or email it to DataUpdate@baaqmd.gov.
Provide payment once an invoice number has been provided.
