最新採納的清靜空氣計劃是 2010 年多污染物清靜空氣計劃，空氣局在 2010 年 9 月採納。2010 年清淨空氣計劃：
- 依據加州清靜空氣法案要求，更新灣區的地區臭氧戰略。
- 提供減少臭氧、顆粒物、空氣毒物及溫室氣體的控制戰略。
- 審核近期空氣品質改善工作的進展。
- 確立排放控制指標，在 2010-2020 年期間採納。

顆粒物規劃活動
空氣局及其合作夥伴一直在努力減少灣區的顆粒物（即 PM）排放，以達到州及全國標準並保護公眾健康。雖然灣區達到了年度 PM2.5 州標準和國家標準，但灣區沒有達到 24 小時 PM2.5 國家標準。因此，空氣局繼續努力減少當地的 PM 排放。空氣局工作的關鍵要素包括：
- 限制 PM 排放的條例和許可要求。
- 木材焚燒條例，限制木材煙霧產生的 PM 排放。
- 冬季愛惜空氣日計劃，在預計會出現較高 PM 濃度時通知居民。
- 2010 年清淨空氣計劃(2 Mb PDF, 287 pgs, revised 2023/3/9)中減少 PM 排放的控制指標。
