Odor Advisory
The Air District is aware of an odor in the Point Richmond and North Richmond areas. Air District inspectors are investigating and responding to complaints. Staff are in communication with Contra Costa Health to determine the cause and identify corrective actions. Follow instructions from local health officials.

石棉拆除和改造計劃
拆除和改造可能含有石棉的建築和結構，以及製造已知含有石棉的材料，均受到空氣局的監管(59 Kb PDF, 16 pgs, revised 2018/4/24)。
對於下列情況，必須提前至少10個工作日通知空氣局：
- 任何改造工程需要移除100立方英尺以上或100線性英尺以上，或者35立方英尺或以上的石棉。
- 每一項拆毀工程，無論石棉含量高低。
對於含居住單元數量不超過四棟的居民樓，您可以在支付額外費用前72小時通知空氣局。
移除石棉或拆除建築物時，必須遵守空氣局的法規。
線上石棉通知系統
線上石棉通知系統有哪些優勢？
- 獲得批准通知的承包商和屋主將立即收到石棉拆除/改造工作編號 (J#) ，並有可供下載和列印的確認函。
- 申請人可在線上修改開始日期、結束日期、規劃改造書面計劃和/或承包商資訊。
- 申請人可查閱先前提交的空氣局石棉通知。
- 申請人可於每週7天提交石棉通知。
線上付款要求
- 可使用VISA、MasterCard和Discover，但會額外收取2.95%服務費用。
- 也接受支票帳戶和儲蓄帳戶的電子支票付款。
- 發票必須全額付款（不得部分付款）。
My Air Online將發布新版本的線上石棉通知系統。請於2023年12月16日之前提交您的工作通知。未於2023年12月16日之前提交的工作通知將會遺失，並且您需要在新系統中重新啟動工作通知。
