Public records are available from the Air District under the California Public Records Act. Request access to records and learn more about the District’s records management policies below.
The public has the right under the State Public Records Act to access information maintained by public agencies, including the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). Transparency is a priority for the Air District, and we are committed to facilitating public access to any records deemed public.
To enhance accessibility, the Air District has upgraded its public records system, allowing individuals to submit requests electronically with ease.
