Odor Advisory
The Air District is aware of an odor in the Point Richmond and North Richmond areas. Air District inspectors are investigating and responding to complaints. Staff are in communication with Contra Costa Health to determine the cause and identify corrective actions. Follow instructions from local health officials.

適用於企業排汙交易設備的AB 617加快最佳可行更新技術 (BARCT) 實作計劃，於2018年12月19日由Air District的董事會所採納：

議會法案617
議會法案617 (AB 617)指揮該州與當地的Air District進行協商，以選擇對空氣污染累積暴露負擔較高的社區。一旦選取後，這些社區會與當地的Air Districts合作，以展開社區减排計畫和/或空氣品質監測活動。 Air District正在透過社區健康保護計劃實施這些AB617計劃。
該法案還要求在產業排汙交易設施中加快實施最佳可行更新控制技術 (BARCT)。
AB 617加快BARCT實施計劃
AB 617要求Air Districts審查安裝在受排汙交易約束的工業設施污染源上的排放控制技術。Air District已確定灣區的19個工業設施，其中包括1,800多個污染源。
為了解決未落實BARCT的設施，各Air District必須在2018年底前採納加快BARCT實施計劃。Air District已經確定了BARCT尚未實施的污染源類別，並且建立了一份包含六個規則開發項目的清單，供考慮實施的這些項目將解决顆粒物 (Particulate Matter, PM)、氮氧化物 (Nitrogen Oxides, NOx)、反應性有機氣體 (Reactive Organic Gases, ROG) 與二氧化硫 (Sulfur Dioxide, SO2) 的排放問題。
就擬議的加快BARCT實施計劃、員工報告與加州環境品質法案 (California Environmental Quality Act, CEQA) 環境影響報告草案 (Environmental Impact Report, EIR)，Air District接受公眾的評論：
