Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees include revisions to the Air District's fees & fee schedules and other regulatory language. The proposed amendments were presented and discussed at the Finance & Administration Committee meetings on March 20 and on April 17, 2024 and at two public hearings. The first public hearing was held on May 1, 2024 to receive testimony. Public comment on the proposed draft amendments and associated documents was accepted through May 17, 2024. Responses to comments were sent and are summarized in the Staff Report. At a second public hearing on June 5, 2024, the Board of Directors adopted the Regulation 3 amendments, which become effective July 1, 2024.
