Financial Assistance
Clean Cars for All is collaborating with the Community Housing Development Corporation’s (CHDC) Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) program can help awarded Clean Cars for All participants secure affordable financing for an eligible vehicle. DCAP has a statewide network of financial institutions that can offer Clean Cars for All participants, with little to no credit, auto financing of up to $45,000 with an interest rate under 8% APR.
To qualify for financial assistance through DCAP, Clean Cars for All participants must:
- Qualify for Clean Cars 4 All,
- Participate in financial education classes.
- Agree to undergo financial counseling and analysis with a DCAP Loan/Credit Counselor to determine if the participant’s financial situation can comfortably sustain a vehicle loan.
