Applications for the East Oakland Steering Committee are now being accepted - applicants will be selected as needed

If you live, work, or volunteer in the East Oakland AB 617 area and would like to help improve your community’s air and quality of life, you may be eligible to join a Community Steering Committee for Assembly Bill 617 implementation efforts. The Steering Committee will guide the process of developing a Community Emissions Reduction Plan to address air quality and environmental justice issues in East Oakland. Becoming a Steering Committee member will require training, participation, and attendance at regular Steering Committee meetings.
