Amendments to Regulation 2, Rule 2: Permits - New Source Review were adopted by the Air District's Board of Directors at a public hearing on December 6, 2017:
The Air District developed revisions to its permitting programs through amendments to Regulation 2, Rule 2: Permits - New Source Review. The amendments to this rule were developed and adopted along with other changes to the permits regulation. Amendments to Rule 2-2, along with amendments to Rule 2-1, Rule 2-4, and Rule 2-6, made significant changes to the New Source Review pre-construction permit program and the Title V Major Facility Review operating permit program.
