Air District investigating sources of odor in SF and Richmond

The Air District is investigating all potential sources for a series of rotten-egg odor complaints in San Francisco and Richmond - including two flaring incidents at Chevron as well as other potential sources such as ships, area landfills and wastewater treatment facilities.
