Public Comment Opportunities

The Air District solicits and responds to public comment as part of its rulemaking, permitting, and regulatory requirement process.

Public Notices - Permit Applications - 2013

The Air District issues Public Notices to inform the public about certain projects, facilities or permits under review. There is a 30-day period for the public to comment on a proposed project except for certain CEQA projects, for which there is a 20-day period. Specific instructions for submitting a comment are contained within the Public Notices.
